TRENT RADIO THEATRE TAPES - circa 1977-79 After a conversation with Maureen Walsh at the first Trent Radio Reunion weekend, I was prompted to find and try to salvage some Trent Radio drama material from around 1977 or so. The result is this compilation of these six audio pieces which were all produced in the Trent University audio visual studio in the bowels of the Bata Library. The audio files are in MP3 format, as the running length of the set would exceed the standard Audio-CD capacity of 73 minutes. The technical quality is very rough, being taken from old cassette tapes of "off air" recordings. Nonetheless, to my ear, these pieces still evoke that sense of innocence and optimism we strove for almost thirty years ago. With the greatest fondness to all involved.
